About Revolution Dance

Our Story

Picture
Founded in 2006 by Andi and Dan Trendel, Revolution Dance was created with a simple goal: to provide exceptional dance training in a supportive environment where every dancer could grow, thrive, and develop a lifelong love of dance. Over the years, RDC has grown into a vibrant community of dancers and families who share a commitment to hard work, personal growth, and excellence both on and off the stage.

In December 2024, longtime RDC teacher and former student Halie Greenslait became the owner of Revolution Dance, continuing the studio's legacy while leading it into an exciting new chapter. Having taught at RDC for more than eight years before becoming owner, Halie is passionate about preserving the welcoming culture that has made Revolution Dance special while continuing to raise the standard of training and opportunities available.

Today, RDC offers recreational classes, competitive company programs, performance opportunities, and specialized training for dancers of all ages and experience levels. While we are proud of our accomplishments on stage, we believe dance is about more than trophies and titles. Our goal is to help every dancer develop confidence, discipline, resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of community that will serve them far beyond the dance floor.

At Revolution Dance, we are committed to creating an environment where dancers feel challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best versions of themselves. We believe dance has the power to shape confident, resilient, and capable young people. Our greatest goal is helping dancers develop the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills that will serve them both inside and outside the studio.
